Makeover: First, we design several customized background templates that highlight and communicate your message. Second, we help you reorganize and reformat the content. Third, we redo your slides, streamlining all elements into one clear, clean, concise presentation.

Example 1.
Before:
Too many different images on this slide. The bubbles take away from looking at the product images and the message about the tips of the product. The words A-Tip and B-Tip written on the product are difficult to see.
After:
The images are smaller and the words A-Tip and B-Tip are more visible and easier to read. By cropping the images it’s easier to differentiate the two points. The text about each tip is bigger. The slide looks cleaner. It is and easier to look at and read the messages.

Example 2.

Before:
The audience does not know where to look. There is text, the product image and the call out boxes. The call out box goes over the title of the slide.

After:
This slide layout is designed to feature the product which stands out. Information about the product is on the right. The call out box is square which makes it easier to put the text in the box. Now each image or word on the slide has a place that looks like it belongs there.

Example 3.

Before:
The 3D chart is hard to read. The points of comparison are lost using a chart like this. There is no need for the data underneath the chart. That could be on a separate hidden slide to show, if needed.

After:
By using pie charts side by side the viewer is able to compare the data. The pie slices come up by ethnicity. During the whole presentation these colors are kept the same for each ethnic group. The title is also shorter and tells the audience what the pie charts are showing.

Example 4.

Before:
While the scorecard is important to show, not all that data is necessary at this point in the presentation. Red is also a color more about warning than about success. The scorecard has been a success so red is not the most appropriate color.

After:
The key points of the scorecard are shown. The arrows in the middle are taken out. They aren’t necessary. A new background is put in to make the yellow scorecard stand out.
